In our hostel they have full moon parties every now and then and now it is time for the years biggest party, halloween. We are setting the place up for 3000 people to come here. We have to work a long day and next night we have to take everything down. It's happening tomorrow...
Went to the Forts walk here on Magnetic. The Forts were built at the war time but I heard that they were never really used. Concrete structures around the hills. On our way there we saw a coala sleeping in a tree.
"Health kick" fresh fruit, yogurt and musli. And the sea at the backround. Just a great place to be. :)
In the hostel area there is an posum walking around every day. It likes to climp everywhere. One day I was in the toilet it climped in to the booth I was in...
We had a group walk to the lookout place to see the sun set. It was amazing. :)
I took a ferry from Townsville to Magnetic Island. Magnetic Island is a paradice. I will stay here at Base hostel and get food for work for a month atleast.
I'm not going to post blogs so often now than I stay here for a while.
Went for a small road around Airlie Beach. Rented a car and just went to see a waterfall that had no water flowing but it was awesome and then to a nice beach.
Had kangoroo and crocodile for diner. :)
Awesome day sailing around the Whitsundays islands. Went to the beautiful Whitehaven beach. The sand on the beach consists of 98% pure silica which gives it a bright white color.
We got to snorkel and saw a lot of coral and fish. Going to put video later on that.
A couple on our boat got engaged on the island, Peter and Julie. :)
I arrived in beautifull Airlie Beach. Crazy thin is that so far before here I haven't met any Finnish travelers but here I met 6 (4 different groups).
Chilling at the lagoon and relaxing is so much fun.
Spend 2 days in Hervey Bay and today went whale watching. It was awesome to see whales jump and swim around. I took video also and goong to put that up later.
Fraser Island is the worlds largest sand island. Joined the Cool dingo tour for 3 days and 2 nights there.
It is the most beautiful place I've seen. I hope every one enjoys the pictures from there.
